冒他人名義檢舉遭起訴

台中市民吳姓男子不滿保育類動物遭違法買賣，冒用劉男等人名義，檢舉在網路販賣保育鳥類的網路族、及開店販賣保育珍貴鳥類的業者，經行政院農業委員會承辦人向劉男查證，劉男否認提出檢舉，查出是吳男假冒名義檢舉，台中地檢署今天依偽造文書罪將吳男起訴。
