江揆指示 建立人民幣回流機制

金管會上午在行政院會報告「發展具兩岸特色之金融業務計畫」執行成果報告。行政院長江宜樺指示建立人民幣回流機制。

江宜樺說，台灣人民幣存款餘額已突破2000 億元，請金管會及中央銀行持續進行法規鬆綁檢討，除鼓勵業者發展具兩岸特色的金融業務，並建立人民幣回流機制，以利台灣發展人民幣離岸中心，進一步提升我國金融業界在區域金融市場的競爭優勢。

江宜樺肯定發展具兩岸特色之金融業務計畫成效，但他也指出，該計畫尚有部分措施須待兩岸服務貿易協議生效後方能推動，請金管會、經濟部及陸委會等相關部會積極向立法院及社會各界爭取支持，以期兩岸服務貿易協議儘速生效。
